Woodlawn High Athletics Policy Form
Dear Parent/Guardian
In an effort to provide information to student athletes and their parents, we have provided
information on sport policy at Woodlawn High School.
We ask that you read the information presented and that you have a conversation with
your child as to the policy. We have the students’ best interests in mind in providing them
the opportunity to participate in athletics, and at the same time complete their high school
education.
We ask that once you have read the material you sign and send in the form (located in the pdf form below). This will ensure that both you and the student
athlete are aware of the policy. This must be signed and passed in prior to the student
athlete becoming a member of the school team.
It should be noted that individual coaches may have other rules/guidelines that are added
to those expressed by the school. Your son/daughter should be aware of these
rules/guidelines as well.
