Tickets for the Panther Players Production of Hairspray will be on sale in the main foyer at lunch everyday this week and next week. We have a special offer for Woodlawn High students. For only $5 you can be excused from your afternoon classes to see a special performance on Friday, May 3rd. Don’t miss out on this special opportunity to see Hairspray for only $5!!
General tickets for our evening shows happening May 3rd, 4th, and 5th at 7:00pm will also be on sale at this time. General tickets are $18 for adults and $15 for students and seniors. See Mr. Thomas in room 118 if you have any questions about tickets. Hope to see you at the show!

TRACK and FIELD Athletes, there will be a brief meeting to start lunch in the old gym today.

Grade 12’s! Are you interested in having grad photos done with your friends? Grad Buddy photos will be taking place on May 9th in the Library Quiet Room! You can bring your own props such as sports equipment, musical instruments, etc. The cost is $15 per 4 proofs. You will be provided with an instant glossy proof with the option to order prints and digital copies through the Calnen Photography website. The maximum number of people in a photo is limited to eight (8). Visit the school website if you would like to sign up for Grad Buddies.

Table tennis practices will take place today, Friday, April 26, Monday, April 29 and Wednesday, May 1 during lunch hour. The regional table tennis tournament will be held at Auburn Drive High on Wednesday, May 1 and Thursday, May 2. Doors will open at 3:30 pm with start time at 4 pm.

A reminder to all students and staff that WHS is a sent aware school.  We have both students and staff that are allergic and sensitive to products that are scented.  Be mindful and respectful when choosing products that you wear or take to school.  Thank you for your cooperation

Operation Smile has started a fundraising campaign with Block 1B classes and it will run until May 9th. Winners receive an ice cream social. Please support Operation Smile which provides surgeries for those suffering from cleft palates.

A reminder that the library is closed all day today for IB exams, this includes lunchtime.

Make sure to join Design Club today at lunch! The members will be making stickers in the maker’s space.

Attention all grade 12s, it’s time to cast your vote for the 2024 prom theme! look out for the QR codes scattered around the school and scan them to have a say in creating the night of your dreams and let the excitement begin! And a reminder to all prom committee members we will be having a meeting today at lunch in the student council room! 

Grade 12’s who are attending the Women’s conference, please bring your signed permission forms to Mrs. Williams.

Students are not to be in the building until 8:40AM! Effective Monday, All doors will be locked until 8:40AM. Dress for the weather!
