April 24, 2019 This scholarship is presented annually to commemorate the visit by His Royal Highness The Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex to the IWK Health Centre. This scholarship is a $5,000 award and is targeted towards students who will be studying in a healthcare related program at an Atlantic Canadian degree granting institution. This scholarship focuses on the impact of community and as such, applicants should be active participants in their community. A minimum average of 80 percent is required.
