The Panther Pantry at Woodlawn High was first established in the 2020-21 academic year, in response to the limited supports during the Covid-19 pandemic. In the years following it has been clear that the students and families continue to need the food security the panther pantry provides.  

Through school and community collaboration the Panther Pantry offers healthy food and non-food items to students and their families in a variety of ways (ie: lunch snacks, occasional hot lunches, pantry items available for students to take home). We hope the programming offered by the Pantry will help youth to resolve food insecurity for themselves, their families, and their community.
